Starts at 6AM and ends at 930PM, and includes:
2 Hours of knowledge lectures and workshops
2 Hours of practical workshops in herbalism, Ayurveda and more
2.5 Hours of breathwork training and gentle meditative stretching/yoga practice (separate classes for yoga postures using a chair)
1 Hour of seated guided meditation
1 Hour of subconscious mental suggestibility sessions (laying down, walking, and more)
1 hour of mind and heart workshops
2 buffet style vegan meals (brunch and dinner) with an

Prerequisites
Come as you are.
This is a beginner-level training course - no prior knowledge or experience is expected.
Separate chair stretching and yoga sessions will be offered to those with limited body mobility (old age, disability, obesity, injury, body stiffness) who might have difficulty in moving up and down the mat.
