Pitta Dosha: The Nature of Fire
Pitta Dosha, known as the humor or energy of fire in Ayurveda, governs digestion and transformation in both the body and mind.
When in balance, this humor promotes intelligence, charisma, courage, clarity, and insight.
However, an excess of fire can lead to heat-related imbalances, manifesting as anger, jealousy, skin irritation, intense hunger, and sleep disturbances.
